Hi all,

I have a problem with the plugin. Altough I have selected 9 filters on Structure, only the first one is shown on the products page.

I am able to see all other filters at the widget area but why the others doesn't shown on the actual site?

Thank you.

Hello

Please check the following:

1. Settings are saving properly:

  • After selecting all 9 filters in"Structure" tab, click"Save" button
  • Refresh the page and check if all 9 filters are still selected
  • Sometimes browser cache or conflicts can prevent settings from saving

2. Check if taxonomies have products:

  • The filters only display if they have actual products assigned
  • For example, if you added"Color" filter but no products have colors assigned - it won't show
  • Go to Products → check if your products actually have terms assigned for those taxonomies

3. Check shortcode/widget placement:

  • Are you using shortcode [woof] or auto-insertion?
  • If using shortcode, make sure you're using just [woof] without any parameters that might limit filters

To help you further, please provide:

  • Screenshot of your WOOF Settings → Structure tab (showing all 9 filters selected)
  • Link to the product page where filters should appear
  • List of which filters are missing (filter names)

This will help me identify the exact issue.

Thank you for your quick reply.

For the first two options you mentioned, I can say that, the site was perfectly working for some time without any problems and I didn't make any changes so the filters were working fine.

But for double checking:

  1. The settings are saved that I can see all after a page refresh.
  2. The products have attributes assigned and the regular product filter works fine on them

For the last option, I am not able to check it as Elementor gives me the"the content area was not found in your page" error. I am not sure if there is a shortcode on Shop page but I think Husky was added only on widgets. I also need to repeat that, I can see all 9 filters added on Structure page on the wordpress widget tab.

ps: I am not sure if I was able to add ss to my reply.

Hello

I understand the site was working before, but something definitely changed - websites don't break by themselves. It could be:
- Theme update
- Elementor update
- WooCommerce update
- Another plugin update or new plugin installed
- Server PHP version change

The Elementor error you mentioned is NOT a HUSKY issue - it's an Elementor configuration problem on the site end. I cannot debug Elementor template conflicts - this would take too much time and is not related to HUSKY functionality.

What I can do:

Test HUSKY filters on a simple page WITHOUT Elementor to confirm HUSKY is working correctly.

What I need:

Option 1 - If you can provide admin access:
- Admin login credentials (in private section below)
- I will create a TEST page without Elementor
- Add HUSKY shortcode `[woof]`
- Verify all 9 filters display correctly
- This will prove HUSKY works fine and the issue is your Elementor template

Option 2 - If this is a live site you cannot risk:
- Create a STAGING/CLONE site using https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
- Provide admin access to the staging site (in private section)
- Also provide your purchase code if you're using Premium version

Once you provide access, I can quickly test and confirm if HUSKY itself is working properly.

The Elementor template issue is something you need to resolve on your side - either:
- Fix your Elementor Shop page template
- Add HUSKY widget manually in Elementor
- Use default WooCommerce template instead of Elementor

Let me know which option you prefer.
